The family that drinks coffee together stays together. My wife and daughter wanted to look for a new Coffee shop to try, after a little bit of googling we found Well Bean Coffee House. Located in Pendel in scenic Bucks County, this quaint little shop is tucked away on Old Lincoln highway.
The place is small but the beverages were tasty. I had an iced coffee and a double espresso. My daughter and wife had French vanilla iced coffees. I found my iced coffee bright with a high acidity. It was a light roast, and only a hint of sourness. It was complex with notes of citrus.
My wife is not a fan of lighter roasted coffees as the sour notes throw her off. So she did not really enjoy her iced coffee.
The espresso was clean on the palate, with a smooth finish. Bright again with high acidity and a definite but to it. Strong notes of citrus.
My daughter also got a breakfast sandwich, which she loved. If you are in the area it’s worth a visit.
