Just a quick little post with a video clip. People often ask me how I keep my coffee fresh and why i can stay this caffeinated for this long. Well here is the secret.
One thing I didn’t mention in the video is you also need to remove the coffee from the warmer as soon as the drip brewing is done, otherwise it gets burned very quickly. I put the brew right into the curaffe and enjoy for hours on end. BTW I brewed the coffee at 7:00am, it was still steaming at 2:oopm and mighty warm now at almost 11pm. I love that curaffe. One person actually responded to my video suggesting the Cuisinart Grind and Brew thermal, while i like the idea, any pot which suggests you keep the container on the burner after its done just isn’t my style. I’d rather have cold coffee than burnt coffee any day.
